About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Electrician to join our Repairs team, delivering high-quality maintenance and electrical services across our housing stock. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and customer-focused repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, testing, maintenance, and installations
- Deliver responsive and planned maintenance work to a high standard
- Work across trades where required in a multi-skilled environment
- Ensure all work meets current regulations and health & safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants’ homes
- Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation
- City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
- City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
- PAT Testing (C&G 2377)
- Full UK driving licence
